If Mother nature doesn’t work with us

Option 1: Oscar Style

This call is made the day before the ceremony/reception. We would seat your guests Oscar Style (Where they are sitting at their assigned tables where they will be seating the rest of the evening)

We make a aisle down the middle of the room and the Arbor goes where the Head Table would normally be. We will add in the head tables once the ceremony concludes. This is the option that lets us make the most last minute decision.

Option 2: Flipping Space

This option needs to be decided 2 weeks prior to your Ceremony/Reception. We will set up all chivari chairs like a more traditional ceremony and have all the tables set up to the sides of the room and back of the room. The tables are left up so your florist can still decorate them and we will move them into place after the ceremony concludes. This requires additional time because we need to bring on additional staff to help make that flip possible.
